Clients who enroll in text alert services agree to receive automated SMS weather alerts and service-related messages to the phone number(s) they provide. Message frequency may vary depending on weather conditions, event timing, and service level. Message and data rates may apply depending on the client’s wireless carrier and plan. Bolt Weather Solutions is not responsible for delayed, failed, blocked, or undelivered text messages caused by carrier outages, device issues, signal problems, power outages, incorrect contact information, or third-party service interruptions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring designated phones are able to receive alerts.
