We offer custom forecasts, live weather monitoring, radar support, lightning and severe weather alerts, and weather briefings tailored to your event or operation. We also provide add-on services such as extended forecast planning, dedicated communication support, on-site weather coordination, and post-event summaries.

A paid forecast gives you weather information tailored to your exact event, location, and timing — not just a general app forecast. We focus on how weather could impact your operations, safety decisions, and schedule, while also providing direct support when conditions become threatening. It is designed to help you make better decisions, reduce risk, and stay ahead of changing weather.

Getting started is simple. You can visit the “Forecasting” tab at the top of this page and fill out form. Someone from our team will reach out to you very soon!

No — We do not use a mobile app. Our service is built around direct communication, not making clients open and manage another platform during a busy event. Event organizers often do not have time to check an app when weather is changing, so we focus on delivering important updates through faster, more practical channels like text, phone calls, and direct briefing support. This keeps communication simple, immediate, and centered on decision-making when it matters most.
-
It is best to book as early as possible, especially for larger events or during busy weather seasons. Early planning allows us to better understand your event, communication needs, weather concerns, and operational timeline. That said, short-notice requests may still be possible depending on availability.
-
Yes. We do not forecast just for severe weather days. We also provide support for conditions like lightning, heat, cold, wind, rain, air quality, and other weather factors that can affect event operations, safety, and comfort.
-
Weather can change quickly, especially during outdoor events and active weather days. Having someone watch the weather for you means you do not have to constantly monitor radar, warnings, and changing conditions on your own. Bolt Weather Solutions helps you stay focused on running your event or operation while we track the weather and alert you when action may be needed.
-
We offer flexible pricing based on the type and length of support needed. We offer hourly rates for shorter events (typically those lasting only a few hours), daily rates for longer events (typically up to a week), and seasonal rates for businesses or organizations that need weather support over multiple months. Pricing can vary based on the level of service, monitoring needs, and event complexity.
-
Social media can be useful for general awareness, but it is not built around your specific event, location, schedule, or safety needs. We provide weather support tailored to your operation, along with direct communication when conditions could impact your plans. Instead of sorting through general posts and updates, you get focused information designed to help you make timely decisions.
-
Forecast briefings are typically delivered through email or Slack. Immediate weather alerts are sent through automated SMS messaging, with phone calls used as needed for more urgent situations or direct coordination.
